At Aaurs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 4 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return

  • The return request must be raised within 4 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

  • All tags and labels must be intact. Products with torn or missing tags will not be eligible for return or refund.

  • Custom-designed or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

  • Ensure that the return shipment is packed securely to avoid any damage during transit.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
